Gingerbread cookies aren’t reserved for the holidays in my house, but I must say that I use this recipe more often this time of the year.
It’s really easy to make by yourself or with your kids help.

I hope you get to try it. This is my step-daughter’s first request when she spends holidays with us. It’s a real crowd pleaser. 🙂
